Packing Way
When carrying out custom printing projects in China, the packaging method is a very important link – the strength of the packaging is directly related to the quality of the goods you receive after long-distance transportation. Below, we’ll explain how to package your printed products to ensure you receive the goods in perfect condition.
What is Your Packing Way?
We pay highly attention to packing quality. As we know, the products come out in perfect quality standard, but the packages are not strong easily damaged during delivery, so the final effect is 0. What we want is to let you get our products safely and quickly, to give us high rates, and to reorder with us next time. We will control every step very well for you.
Above is a snapshot of how we pack your books. Our heavy-duty packaging includes waterproof bags, sturdy cartons, plastic belts, packaging papers, corner protectors, and films. If your order is large enough to be palletized, we apply protective measures to the entire shipping pallet rather than the individual boxes.
Packing Way of Sea Shipping
In the video below, you can see our employees carefully wrapping hardcover book orders in a 5AA carton with a waterproof bag, folding the sides, and then with an automatic carton sealer wrapping the seals and sides. Then, our employees fixed the goods on the pallets and tied them with plastic tape. They then added corner protectors to each corner – these would protect the corners from damage if they were bumped during shipping. Finally, wrap it with plastic film to prevent moisture during transportation.
