Electroplated metal double coils are manufactured from high-quality iron wire with a hardened steel core and a smooth electroplated finish. They are offered in bright, eye-catching colors, including gold, silver, rose gold, and seven-color options. Coil diameters range from Ø 6–50.8 mm (approximately 1/4″–2″), with a recommended maximum book thickness of 3.4–42.8 mm (approximately 0.134″–1.69″).
Coated metal double coils are made from top-grade steel wire with a durable, evenly applied nylon coating that enhances flexibility while maintaining rigidity. Available colors include gold, silver, bronze, and a wide selection of metallic finishes. Coil diameters range from Ø 6–38.1 mm (approximately 1/4″–1-1/2″), with a recommended maximum book thickness of 4.8–36 mm (approximately 0.19″–1.42″).
