Printing:

Mounting:
1. Mounting inside pages: After folding, the next step is to mount the inside pages of the board book. In this process, our colleagues put the folded pages in the board book automatic mounter production line. The different folding pages will enter the automatic mounter production line separately, then the inner pages will be mounted together to be a bookblock by the automatic mounter production line.
2. Self-cover: The cover paper will be put in the automatic binding machine, then mounting on the first and last inner page of the board book. In final, the board book mounting process is finished.
Trimming Edges and Rounded Corners:
Trimming edges ensuring that all pages are neatly aligned and uniform in size. While rounded corners to make sure the book edges are rounded and won’t scratch children’s tender hands. The result is an vibrant, sharp, clean and polish board book.
Quality Check:
All finished board books are quality checked and cleaned by our QC team before packaging, ensure our clients received the board book is clean and tidy and without defects or errors.
Packaging:
